The TALBOK™ initiative supports the activities of a series of Special Interest Groups (SIGs) that contribute to innovate in the profession. These SIGs are the basis from which an annual conference is organized.
There is a SIG core group for each one of the knowledge areas of the TALBOK™:
The conferences present keynote speeches and panel discussions with thought leaders in each one of TALBOK™ knowledge areas. The purpose of the conferences is to provide innovation spaces where, based on the best practices in each knowledge area, practitioners can share and propose new ways of teaching and learning in the profession.
