TALBOK™ Learning Path Components
The TALBOK™ Learning Path is designed for managers, engineers, researchers, professors, consultants and other professionals who wish to impact individual, team or organizational performance by adopting learning management practices.
After completing the TALBOK™ Learning Path participants will be able to intervene work systems in academia, government and industry with the purpose of enhancing performance by improving the acquisition, transfer and innovation of knowledge.
- TALBOK™ Basics Course
20 hours – A virtual or face-to-face course where participants assess their current practices and
establish an individualized path of development.
- Learning Management Fundamentals Seminar
40 hours – A combined virtual and face-to-face seminar, where participants apply the TALBOK ™
framework to authentic situations.
- Learning Management Facilitator Certification
40 hours – A combined virtual and face-to- face train-the-trainer certification program for those who
want to help guide others through their Basic and Fundamental levels of the TALBOK™ framework.
- Learning Management Consultant Training
80 hours – A combined virtual and face-to-face training designed to develop the necessary
competencies to create, implement, and evaluate institutional and organizational solutions based
on the TALBOK™ framework.
- Learning Management Professional Certification (LMP™)
A test of your learning management competencies.
The TALBOK™ Learning Path is offered by the Learning Management Institute and its Registered Educational Partners (REPs).
